Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be Indian Citizens.
- Applicants may be entrepreneurs, innovators, researchers, students, or founders/co-founders of early-stage startups.
- Proposed innovation should be in emerging tech (Electronics & IT, DeepTech, AI/ML, IoT, Semiconductor, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, AR/VR, Immersive Tech).
- Innovation should be at TRL 1–4 (Ideation, PoC, Prototype, MVP, or early validation).
- Startup should be based in a Tier-II or Tier-III city.
- Startup, if incorporated, should be less than two years old.
- Startup must not have received financial assistance exceeding ₹10 lakh under any Central/State Government scheme for the same idea.
Important Notes
- Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
- Evaluation will be done by the Screening & Evaluation Committee.
- Decisions of the Incubator and MSH regarding selection, allocation, and funding shall be final.
- Applicants must select Preference 1 and Preference 2 from empanelled GENESIS incubators.
- Final allocation is based on preference, domain fit, incubator capacity, and evaluation.
