About the Program
The Project BHULI - Business & Handholding Unit for Livelihood Incubation is a long-term initiative aimed at strengthening growth-oriented enterprises led by women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
It provides structured support including:
- Business mentoring
- Financial assistance

- Capacity building
About BHULI
The Project BHULI is a flagship initiative designed to support SHG women-led enterprises across the state of Uttarakhand under DAY-NRLM, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India.
For effective implementation of the program, Uttarakhand State Rural Livelihood Mission (USRLM) signed an MoU with IIM Kashipur FIED as an incubator partner for training, mentoring, branding, and marketing of enterprises, enabling entrepreneurs to scale and sustain their businesses.
